The Symptoms of Stress micro-course will guide you through some of the most common symptoms of stress. You can protect yourself—and improve how you think and feel—by learning how to recognize the signs and symptoms of chronic stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects. The four types of stress symptoms we will cover in this course are cognitive, emotional, physical, and behavioral.
