- Respect Each Other: Mutual respect is essential in a healthy relationship. Respect your partner's wishes and feelings.
- Speak Up: If something is bothering you, talk about it with your partner in a respectful manner. Holding it can eventually be damaging to your relationship.
- Compromise: It is normal to have disagreements in a relationship. It is important to find a fair, rational way to compromise with your partner.
- Be Supportive: Healthy relationships are about building each other up, not putting each other down. Provide your partner with encouragement and reassurance.
- Personal time: Allow for time apart from your partner. Making time to engage in personal time for yourself is important and healthy.
- Unify: Shared beliefs and values help you and your partner grow together.
